Intergrown tetrahedrons and rhombs, respectively, with a couple of little Quartz crystals. This is a nice combination and I have never seen pieces quite like this. Original label has only "Peru"... I will make an educated guess that it came from the Pachapaqui District, Bolognesi Province, Ancash Department.
