Shipping/Handling Policy:
Shipping cost will usually be actual US mail charges. When many small pieces are ordered, I sometimes add a bit to cover packing labour - $1 per item maximum.
Return Policy:
Specimens which are not as you expected may be returned in as-received condition for full refund of purchase price less the shipping cost. Proper packing is essential and pieces damaged by return shipping can not be accepted. Returns must be made within 14 days from the original purchase date. Returns after that time might be considered for a 10% restocking fee.
