Q&A
|
| |
| 1. How soon must items be paid for? |
| If payment is being mailed, I should receive funds within 14 days of order confirmation. I may sell reserved pieces to other customers after this time. |
| |
| 2. Do you offer discounts? |
Please do a little comparison shopping and you will see that everything is already discounted! On orders of more than 5 specimens, totalling $500 or more, I will subtract an additional 5%. |
| |
| 3. May specimens be reserved? |
Of course. I will give first right of refusal for a maximum of 14 days. If I get a "real" order for the piece during this period, I will email the person holding the reservation and request a firm decision within 48 hours. |
| |
| 4. Where do the specimens come from? |
From old collections and recent field discoveries. I average one buying trip every 6 weeks & always am interested in new sources. |
| |
| 5. Are the pieces completely natural? |
Any repairs that I know of are always noted & prices are adjusted appropriately. Colors and crystal shapes are also natural and specimens are only enhanced by breaking away less attractive parts. |
| |
| 6. How often are new specimens added? |
If not travelling, my goal is to add a new page every Thursday night, at about 10 PM Mountain Standard Time. |
