Very large parallel colorless transparent crystals showing abundant rainbow reflections from internal planes. Iron oxide crust on narrow prism faces helps emphasize transparency of the rest. Probably collected in the early 1970's, from the Murton Mine, Scordale, Hilton, Escarpment District, North Pennines, Cumbria.
