Distinct crystal with nearly 3 cm. of length exposed on marble matrix. Faces are quite evident in person, but rough, with rounded edges, so they are not distinct in the photo. Quality in these is a matter of taste - darker ones are generally opaque; this is medium blue & translucent. From Sar-e-Sang, Badakhshan, Province.
